A question, a problem, a privacy request, or something to report about another rider? Write to support@jolly-rider.com and tell us which device and which version of the application you use, so we can answer faster.

Frequent requests

• Export my data: in the application under Settings.
• Report a rider or a piece of content: directly from their profile or their post inside the application.
• Report an error on the map: hazard and road work reports go through the application.

Rights holder requests

If you own the rights to content that appears in the application and you want it removed, write to support@jolly-rider.com and we will act on it.
